Alina is a beautician who works there. She is fantastic. I used to go to high end beauticians but she’s even better than them and her prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend for waxing, nails, facial, eyelash extensions etc

I had been going to this beautician for nearly 8 years on a nearly monthly basis, but ive had enough. On two occasions she hasn’t been in the shop and i had been waiting for nearly an hour calling texting no response, and her colleague saying she will be back. If you’re in sick understandable, but let your clients know so we can reschedule and plan our lives accordingly. After asking to reschedule on the second time I asked for a time that was available on her website, she said no good and cancelled my appointment and ignored my calls and texts. 8 year loyal client and this is how im treated, unbelievable.
