I requested an update to the PHP on my site and it was accomplished successfully within 6 hour, An almost immediate response. Very professional. much to recommend them. However the long term solution was to increase the disk quota and both I and my accounts manager found this a very frustrating process. We did, however, accomplish it in the end although it was not obvious how we did it initially.

Spot on Company. I forgot the details to our email address, contacted the Support team, they emailed over new password and advised us to noted it down before they change it as we will have to reconfigure MS Outlook.Highly recommended!!!
