Therapist would not stop talking to me during my pregnancy massage - spent the whole hour talking about her own pregnancies and children. Wasn’t very relaxing at all. I also asked about some products at the reception and the staff were so rude, they were in the middle of chatting about something non work related and completely ignored me. Sort your staff out! Won’t be going back

Had a wonderful experience here today. After coming through Breast cancer (and being shown the door at another Edinburgh Beauty clinic) i had the most relaxing and indulgent Massage today. After very careful assessment of my condition i felt in safe hands and i really really enjoyed it thank you.. highly recommended.

Treated my mum to a massage here for her birthday. She suffers from terrible hip pain and the lady who did the massage relieved the pain in minutes and helped allow my mum to enjoy the rest of her birthday pain-free which was an absolute joy for her. Great staff, great location, very reasonably priced. Thank you!

Excellent experience. Jennifer was amazing and professional. I felt listened and understood. She performed HD brows and eye lash lift, and for the first time in ages I was happy with the results. Excellent customer service from start to finish with exact results as wished. Highly recommend!

I came a couple of weeks ago for a very expensive facial and full body massage. The person doing the treatment asked the pressure I would like and I replied I would like a firm pressure. I reminded the person halfway through, but the massage remained very light - and it was just not good enough. Such a shame. The facial was nice, but I absolutely hated the way they tell you you’re in desperate need of all the products and try to sell you things after the treatment and pressure you to book again. The place itself is very nice, the room is relaxing and the bed is comfortable and heated and it feels very luxurious – but the treatment was really, really disappointing – and not good value for money. Can’t recommend sadly.

First time customer here, new to the area and have been self grooming since lockdown - so big step for me to find a new salon!!I booked in for a brow wax and ended up getting them threaded by the most wonderful woman. Great advice to switch treatments and she explained the pros and cons of each to let me decide. I’ll never wax my brows again, threading was brilliant and I’m so happy with the shape! She also showed me how best to highlight and fill in my brows, embarrassingly highlighting that I’ve been doing it wrong all this time but I am SO GRATEFUL ❤️Also, my hayfever was shocking and she way so patient with my steaming eyes, even recommended a honey and ginger drink which is now part of my daily summer routine!Honestly a lovely experience all round and the woman who waxed my brows (I’m so sorry I don’t know her name) was one of the nicest humans I’ve met in a long time. Can’t wait to go back for my next treatment.

Recently had a pregnancy massage with the lovely Ashley and it was the best massage in general I’ve had. Very professional, comfortable yet still applied pressure to knots where safe to. Beautiful environment and staff. Highly recommend.

Lovely beauty salon in a very central location. Always a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. They have a very wide selection of advanced facials which is why i go there. The therapists are really well trained and very professional. This is the only salon I would consider going to in Edinburgh these days, they are way ahead of anywhere else I have tried.
