Sainsbury's Crystal Palace

Today a few minutes before 12pm at the self checkout I had an very unpleasant situation. There was quite busy, two female employees were walking and chatting instead of helping customers when they were asking them. They were walking and one of them hit twice my baby’s stroller and didn’t even realised, then I asked nicely to careful, she turned around and was shouting at me in her language!!! ( they both were chatting in them language all the time). I asked what she just said, then she replied “ I’m not talking to you”, after just walked away. HALLO SAINSBURY, WHERE DO YOU GET EMPLOYEES LIKE THIS ONES!!????

Fantastic selection of Free from products, the store layout has improved with food items all on one side of the store and non food items displayed on the other much better.

Variety of food options. I always get my gluten free products from here. Nice and big also

Overall, I would give Sainsbury's Crystal Palace a 4 out of 5 star rating. It is a great option for shoppers looking for a well-stocked and organized supermarket with helpful and friendly staff.
