The 60th Birthday cake Ray brought home on Saturday the 2nd was not only stunningly beautiful it was the best l have ever tasted. Loved the lemon flavour and where l was expecting the colourful flowers to be the usual sickly sweet icing, which l would have not been able to eat, were instead soft silky cream ... delicious. Found this company on google which was close to home, ordered a cake for my wife's birthday and Rebecca fit me in even though it was less than a weeks notice. Fantastic decoration and tasted even better. Would highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

We got a birthday cake for my dad from Rebecca and it was an amazing service from start to finish. We had a bespoke idea in mind and Rebecca was really accommodating of this. The cake was wonderful to look at and tasted fantastic as well (we had one tier lemon and the other chocolate - both delicious). Thank you so much Rebecca. We ordered two cakes from The Cake Collective for my husband’s 60th and my son’s 21st. We received two beautiful cakes — one chocolate and one lemon cake with rainbow icing. And not only were they beautifully decorated, they both were delicious to eat! What a fabulous way to end the meal and such a special evening! For our next family celebration I will definitely call on Rebecca to once again sample one of her fabulous cakes!!!

The bespoke cake that Rebecca made for my husband's birthday celebration exceeded my expectations. It was delicious and so beautiful to look at. I sent her reference photographs for the design and decoration and was very impressed with the outcome. Rebecca was helpful in answering myriad questions, honest about what she could achieve, and knowledgeable about ingredients, flavours for fillings and topping decoration. She even adjusted the cake delivery time when we were stuck in traffic on the way to our venue. The cake was well packed upon delivery, with helpful instructions included. If only we lived nearby, I'd be using her cake service for all our special occasions! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her. She creates a top tier (!) product accompanied by exceptional customer service. Thank you so much, Rebecca.

They say you get what you pay for and this is the case with the cake we purchased from Rebecca. Absolutely fantastic! We’re still eating it five days later. Highly recommend.
