Our company has occupied Office space within this building for over 10 years. The building is well maintained and the Offices are all a good size with good lighting and air-con which is a bonus in the summer! Sam on reception is always helpful and nothing is too much trouble - she wants to keep her Clients happy! I would recommend.

My business rented a unit here for 3+ years and then used the virtual office facilities until very recently. My overall experience was a positive one. A great selection of business units with varying sizes and an office complex with flexible space options. Parking areas can be busy at times but there has always been available space and is a reflection of a thriving business community. Reception facilities are a particular highlight where the staff have always been ultra friendly and helpful.

We moved into these offices just over two years ago and have not looked back. We started with a two person office and last year upgraded to a larger space to meet our growing needs. The office location is perfect for us, on-site parking and close to the City Centre and motorway network. The Centre Manager, Sam Robinson is outstanding and will always go the extra mile to help and is often referred to as our fifth team member!A great place to work and great value for money.

We have been in the Biz Hub for almost 6 months and we feel very settled here. Everything we need with great service. During this difficult year they have done everything to make sure we feel safe. Sam and Alex always provide a friendly face and we are looking to renew our contract in the coming months.

Worked here a number of years ago. Receptionist was lovely. Always helpful and nothing was ever an issue! If something was the matter turn around time was quick. Such a lovely environment and all other tenants were lovely. Worked there for over four years
