The fact that Ice Fresh have a Security booth near the gate but dont use it,so drivers have to go to reception, sign in collect a code for the gate. Open it drive through,close it,drive to the bay office. Park near it. Enter the bay. Sanitised hands. Making sure you've booked your time in previously and have all documentation with you. You wont get a welcome reception from the bay guys. I never do. They are so rude. Man management wouldn't go amiss here. Then after loadind/unloading the rigmerole of the gate is waiting for you. This is time wasted of your busy schedule.
