Lovely shopping experience on Monday night 21st March. Sorry I can't remember her name but she was very knowledge and friendly. And made purchasing our items easy and pleasurable.

I had a really good experience, never buy jeans in store because I feel embarrassed and I've gained loads of weight, I've gone from a size 8 to a size 10 and the woman there was so genuine and lovely, told her I didn't need her help but gave me advice and found me new jeans when the ones I picked out didn't fit right. Just made me feel so much more comfortable.

Visited my favourite Levi’s store today. Young lady helped me select correct style of 501s I wanted. All 3 staff ( 1 guy, 2 girls ) on duty offered help and advice when the Levi’s app on my phone was playing up and eventually sorted my £10 discount on my jeans and 2 amazing Levi’s t shirts. Brilliant staff who are never pushy but always approachable and always extremely polite and knowledgeable about the whole Levi’s range. Best shop in our city centre. I will be back !

I have came to City with two friends and yet the highlight of my trip was today. Lovely products and all with fantastic customer service from Amy. Helped us out so much and then was lovely and super personable to talk to. Thank you Amy!

Asked lady to give me a pair off levis same as what I was wearing , turned around so she could c size on badge / and instead off 36 /32 gave me 36/30 / up my leg NOT REALIZING WORE THEM ,AND WASHED THEM / THERE FAULT BUT THE SHOP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WHERE YOU CANNOT GET THROUGH TH THROUGH ON MOBILE £110 DOWN THE DRAIN THERE FAULT MY LOSE NOT GOOD IS IT Dont use this shop

I went to Levi’s yesterday to try and find some jeans to buy online (I had an issue with a previous pair and customer services sent me an online voucher code for a new pair). I picked out about 6 pairs and went to try them on, and was being helped by Joe.Jean shopping has always been a nightmare for me, because it’s difficult to find a pair that are both comfortable and are flattering on me. Joe could not have been more helpful; after not liking any of the original pairs I picked out, I told him what sort of style/colour I was looking for and he went and got a load of other pairs of jeans. He never once made me feel like I was being a pain or a nuisance, he was really kind and patient.When it came to actually ordering the jeans, the discount code I was given by customer services was exclusively for online use, so Joe went to get one of the store iPads and helped me trying to order them. There was some sort of system glitch as it wasn’t going through, so he stayed with us trying to order it for about 15 minutes, then went to get another employee (Jake) to help. He was with us for a further 30 minutes trying to help, and was again, just so lovely, patient and understanding. He tried countless times, and stayed with us until I managed to do it with his help on my phone.Both Joe and Jake went above and beyond to help me, and it has to be one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had in my life. They deserve a bonus!!

Nice friendly staff and fortuitously there were items on sale.

Excellent service, really helpful staff and Claire was so accommodating meeting all my expectations on the day. What a great team they have, the guy at the changing rooms was really welcoming and cleaned everything down for me to try a pair of Jeans on. A great experience, I would highly recommend this branch.

Excellent customer service. I was specifically searching for a black summer jacket, it didn’t take long before a member of staff approached me to help me locate that which I was seeking. The red haired lady who served me was attentive and courteous in her manner of service, with the right balance of assertiveness and a relaxed demeanour. Many thanks, Levi’s Liverpool!

Went in to enquire about jeans I had bought online. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and helped me to make an informed decision.Would definitely shop again in store just because of the friendliness and professionalism.
