Trying to find a replacement kitchen tap valve proved problematic. Tried Wickes, Screwfix, Tool Station, Wolsley Centre without success. Two of these suggested I try Edward Fosters and a very helpful chap there came up trumps!! In future they’ll be my first port of call. Thank you very much

Had a problem with a flexible hose for a disabled persons bath, though they couldn't sell me a replacement, the two men helping me, went above and beyond to help me with alternatives. Their help enabled me to repair the bath. Can't thank them enough

go in there a total amateur and instead of being patronised, they'll take a few minutes to get to you sorted and understand the product.That was for a sale just under £5 you wont get that from amazon with sneaky add ons (PRIME) I pity the old trying to become aware and savvy of the many sneaks like rolling contracts, taking money from the accounts of people no longer with us. of and you dont even know you signed up for but certainly didnt want or need- Support Local business. Speak to a human!! it works!!

Phoned to confirm that the part and particular 'make' was in stock to avoid wasted journey. On arrival not only was I told that they didn't have the part, they didn't even stock that particular make! No apologies only ridiculed by a guy with a very patronising manner!
