The staff here moreso than other CEX stores definitely need to take a happy pill before going to work ! Miserable and as arrogant as I've ever encountered in retail ! Do none of you want to be there ? Well if that's the case get another job or make people feel welcome and not treat us all like we are scum bags trying to sell stolen items ! Other than this the store has good choice of media and I just have to block out the attitude problems.

45 mins to tell me they won't take my ps due to the controller not looking good enough altho all in full working order. RubbishEBay will give you more money

Very friendly and useful staff behind the till. I visited twice recently and both times I did not have to wait long and was provided with very good service. My second visit was actually to exchange the HDD I initially bought as it had failed to work at home. The staff apologised for the inconvenience and tested the Hdd for me. After confirming the fault I was offered a refund or the exchange. This issue was dealt with in a very professional manner and I will be returning. Thanks.

A pair of uninterested jobsworths that decided they didn’t have time to process my sale as it was and they closed at 6pm, unbelievable !! All they had to do to test the product was press a button and listen to them. Never again.

I quite like this store, I have to say the music is always good, unlike some other stores where it's less than desirable.The shelves are always neat and in good order, it's easy to find what I'm browsing for.I also have to say the knowledge of games in particular is amazing for a few members of staff, giving me recommendations for games I never knew existed.The only reason for 4 stars is that I feel the staff are over worked, for example, there's a lengthy queue and not enough staff to help as they are already busy with others. Maybe hire on or two more as it can be busy at weekendsOther than that, I enjoy popping in everyone in a while, great store and lovely staff always willing to have a chat.

This place is a scam when buying used goods. They don't make or allow to make photos of a designated product to keep as proof. When taking the faulty product back I was accused of dropping it and then blaming the fault on me. Bypassing their own warranty to be able to keep their money and not allow me to get it back.

Wonderful, polite staff. Always greeted with a smile and whenever I need help finding something. The staff always help you. CeX in Bexleyheath is one of the best.

I was in the store today and purchased two blu rays and the staff member didnt catch her name but her ID Number in the reception was 55178 which served me was Incredibly rude she snatched the cases out of my hand and when I gave her the money she held it in such a way you would have thought it was contaminated with something deadly then chucked them on the counter lovely customer service I don't think I'm quite surprised this place is still open for all the customers it looses
