Like an idiot I left window open during a storm. It blew open and locked. Called Nightsafe and call answered by lovely lady who gave me clear cost, timings and resolution. I was petrified window would blow off so sat and held on for dear life.Great communication with travel updates of Karl, the fitter, and 1h later he was here to fix. Literally took 5 mins to mend, and informed me there is a double lock on windows, so I can leave open but securely (had no idea!)Amazing, professional, speedy service on a stormy Saturday. Would **HIGHLY RECOMMEND** and now to warm up...!

Great service from start to finish.Called many company's and got no answer so tried nightsafe and they answered straight away and promised to have a fitter at my property within 30 minutes.They arrived within 30 minutes and secured my window as well as cleaned up and made my whole experience of a burglary a lot less stressful.They promised to be back the next day and without fail they was on time and did a great job fitting my new glass.GREAT SERVICE

Contacted Nightsafe Glass after being let down by another company. They were able to get someone out the same day to remove the glass so we could get a sofa into a room. The glazier was helpful, pleasant and professional with the job taking very little time to complete. I highly recommend using this firm. Thanks for your help
