I cannot recommend Tetris and especially Dawn Clark highly enough. I wanted to view a property and had been looking late on a Friday night, Dawn emailed me back and arranged to contact vendors with a view to going out the next day to view.She met me at the property and was so friendly and informative that I decided to sell with her.She came out to view my home on a Sunday to suit my working and child minding hours - can’t praise her professional, friendly and flexible approach. I have bought and sold many properties over the past 40 years and never had such a service!Highly recommended!

Would not recommend renting with tetris. There was a list as long as my arm of issues with the property over the course of my tenancy; many of which took months to fix or were not fixed at all. One example is the fact I had pigeons in the loft above my room: I had reported this issue via email and telephone and it wasn't dealt with for 2 months. Another problem was the disrespectful and condescending manner by which the staff communicated to me and my housemates; having often been blamed for issues that were obviously down to poor maintenance or feeling like issues were thrown to the wayside. On top of all this, after the tenancy ended, my housemate was charged a staggering £150 for repairs in their room. The repair was the damage caused by a wall-clock which had been installed before we had moved in, so naturally we weren't responsible for. Overall feel very cheated after the tenancy ended and is by far the worst experience of letting agencies I've had. I don't deny that others may have had a good experience with this agency - this is just my personal experience.

Dawn and team at Tetris were absolutely fantastic during our purchase process. From meeting Dawn at the first viewing to completion, she has been professional, attentive, and continued suberb communication, and informative at every stage. Can't thank her enough for all her help along the way. 10/10

We waited for a viewing for over 35mins.Called them twice and then emailed them with no reply at all.I took a picture of us stood outside the property with the time.Then got a very rude email the next day telling us that we didn't turn up.ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING behaviour and customer service. I would NEVER use them again.

Tetris renovated my rental property, have managed it for 12 years and nothing is too much trouble. They have always gone above and beyond when it comes to prompt response and house maintenance and every member of staff has, in my experience, been a pleasure to deal with. Dawn is a brilliant manager and keeps everything running efficiently. She is now managing the sale because I trust her to do a good job.

I found Tetris UK, whilst viewing a house that they had for sale - On the viewing Dawn greeted me, and because I wanted to sell my property to buy a bigger one I chose to use Tetris too! This was my first experience in selling my home. From the moment Dawn stepped through the door to take pictures, to the moment she left she was extremely knowledgeable and friendly! The pictures were taken that day and by that evening the house was already posted online. Before even 24 hours had passed Dawn had already arranged viewings for my property!Dawn has been great the entire way through, and as I said extremely knowledgeable! As an ex-employee of this company, I find the review below highly inaccurate and not reflecting actual events that have come about during my time here. Dawn (and Selina, and the whole team in fact) are highly professional, easy to contact and provide helpful information when needed. Tenants are never happy when their rental property goes on the market and speaking from experience, we have tried to make the process as easy and stress free for anyone in that situation. I feel the below reviewers personal circumstances have prompted the negative review and is unfair to the Company.

We had been referred to Tetris UK Sales and Lettings from a friend of the family who had told us about their life time listing service! This was our first experience in selling our home, it was on the market the same day as being valued, and the day after we had our first viewing it was sold! Tetris UK Sales and Lettings have been fabulous. Dawn has been fantastic keeping us up to date without having to chase and always happy to answer any questions along the way. We had everything explained to us as first time sellers so that we understood the process which made it stress-free. We were also purchasing another property and in a chain but the sale still went through within 8 weeks which was amazing! A massive thank you to everyone at Tetris UK Sales and Lettings for making this an easy and enjoyable experience, we will be recommending you to all our family and friends!
