I'm absolutely love this place, friendly staff and nice atmosphere, almost more than 6 months going there, and always they make me happy, and they accept only cash, but that is not big deal, because lots of cash machines around, PS: I always going here and never will stop!

First time I have visited this salon as I am relatively new to the area. I have tried a few other hairdressers in Southend, but this is by far the best.Chantalle really did listen to what i wanted and did an amazing job of repairing the last dreadful haircut i had done at a salon in the town centre.I feel really happy that i have at last found a proper hairdresser .

My daughter and I have our hair done here. We both have colours and cut and blow dries. Carolyn is so professional and really knows her stuff. My daughter has changed her hair colour several times, going blonde, dark brown and ginger! Carolyn talks her through it and each time the colour has been amazing and her hair has been in excellent condition afterwards. All the staff are friendly and experienced. We wouldn’t go anywhere else. Definitely recommend. Lovely friendly salon.

You can just walk in but I wanted dyes so booked in advance.Really great service.Products are vegan + brushes available to buy are sustainable

I had my hair cut but not happy with it I asked for a simple cut just shorter at back and a little longer on the top, I got the complete opposite. I shall not be returning to this salon.

I hadn't been to a hairdresser in years (because of bad results) but Katy allayed my fears, understood what I wanted and I will return as a regular. Everything was covid safe.
