Great service with good prices. Lots of choices from timber to sand ect. It's on a one way street, with not much parking. So park where you can go in order and pay, then you can drive into the yard.

Why are your covid precautions so poor? I have visited your store on 2 occasions recently and both times nobody there was wearing a mask. There are signs saying they should be worn but you don't you insist that your staff or your customers follow those rules. Do you not care about their well-being? Your lack of responsibility is very disappointing and I hope that you will rectify this to help stop the spread of the virus.

My joiner ordered all the stuff he required over the phone and I when we asked if we could pay over the phone they told us to call back in half an hour. Called back a dozen times and didn’t answer. So I went into the store to pay and to confirm delivery date and time. They agreed to deliver the next morning (today) but I’m still waiting on the delivery now at 16:30. Doubt it will now be delivered. They may be cheaper than other places but they don’t seem to be reliable. Causing me plenty of stress as now my joiner is a day behind on his work and we are on a tight schedule with this project.

Experienced staff. Generally friendly and helpfull unless its peak time. Owners allways at hand so sort difficult queries. Prices un untill recently have been very competitive but as with most places the prices have gone sky high. I have been coming here for quite some time now and always have floor staff to pick out timber for you

Absolutely ripped us off, we went there to get a quote for wood piece’s, when we were ready to buy the next day the price was increased by 25% on the last minute when we had loaded the wood on to the vehicle, after arguing and listening to BS excuse’s they dropped the price by 10%, we had the receipt from the original quote but they started claiming it was for the wrong wood when clearly it was the exact same. Very greedy business owner, carefull dealing with them, nothing has a proce tag on it, they price things according to the customer car and status.

Needed a ton sand, got refused because I wasn't spending £250, even offered extra money for delivery but refused to put my order through. I don't get why your advertising products that your not able to sell. Disappointed with the service never again

a whole group of men working there were cat calling me, which lead to them BARKING like actual dogs at me which is really embarrassing for them, so wouldn’t recommend purely based on the type of people working there
