I recently purchased a small quantity of 8X30mm wood dowels from this company. The price was ridiculously low and I thought it would be a scam. I thought again and decided who in their right mind would try to scam potential buyers for such a small financial amount. I made the purchase and the package arrived very quickly, much to my suprise. The dowels were well packaged and just what I needed for my latest project. I can not praise this retailer enough for an easy transaction and would recommend to everyone.

Arrived quickly & well packed. Lots of different size fixings were all present & correct. Step by step instruction manual online, which was fine.I'm really pleased with the cupboard, which looks great in our bathroom. It's a good size so easily fits all our toiletries & toilet rolls etc....If I'm pressed to give a small negative comment, it would only be that because the high gloss doors are brilliant white, the rest of the cabinate looks off white. Would have been good to have a choice of other colours, e.g. light or dark grey but overall I'm pleased with my purchase.

Bought a white gloss oak style 2 shelf cabinet online. Very appealing, safe and trendy curved edges in oak styling. Very happy with the appearance and ease of assembly. Great value too. Assembled at the height of the 2022 UK heatwave so be warned to stay hydrated! Well made and solid construction so I'm very pleased and would recommend to other discerning buyers. A well designed and made product sourced from Poland with fixtures and door mechanisms from Germany. Superb.

Can not say enough about this company! order'd my kitchen units on the Sunday, and got them Wed ! quality is very good for the price ! i did not want to pay ridiculous prices , and impact furniture was the way to go , plus i messed up a door and when i told them, they sent out a replacment they had, and did not charge me for it, not even B&Q or Wicks would do that, thank you for your service and i would not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone looking to renew there kitchen.

Worst seller. Avoid at all costs. Selling faulty items. Cheap made. No cooperation. Accused me in extortion for asking them for a discount just to remove negative feedback of Ebay. Hahaha well done. May God bless you. Karma will improve it. Don't get fooled, do not buy of them. Pictures of your chipped boards added. Also Missing parts in the pack. I'm not extorting anything from anyone!!! You better stop selling faulty stuff that not worth a penny!!! And yeah,Ebay is full of the sellers like you so that you wasting your time and nerves and money to get refunds or returns etc... And it's a shame for you and Ebay to act like that against a poor NHS frontline worker working hard and risking own health in this unprecedented covid time. My hands and motivations are very down now. Good luck

Really good cabinet, I bought two. Very easy to assemble all parts and wall fittings supplied. Good customer communication and fast delivery, recommended.

Everything about dealing with Impact Furniture during my recent order was 100% positive. Really appreciated being kept informed of progress at all times. Delivery was on time by two helpful and friendly guys. The bed was impressively packed using bubble wrapping and layers of cardboard, and totally unaffected by transportation. Not a mark or scratch on it.

Well made units. As a builder I'm always looking for quality items and these units come under that. Also really well wrapped for delivery. Will definitely be using in the future.

Pretty strange experience. Initially they sold me kitchen not really for my kitchen space, then helped with Jullia was okish. On delivery was fine but then discovered some dents in big ladder unit. Then keep to build item per item-some were fine, some were looking like refurbish, number of items like screws etc etc missing, then too much different ones in another box, no protecting film on some, poor quality chipboards. No numbers on parts only on the manual (small print). When called today that gentlemen was trying to say that he is unable to understand when I am saying, or did not listen to me. He order to tell me a catalogue numbers of those wee parts, which is a joke! I am not in the furniture business just final customer. No details when replacement white parts will be delivered. Generally our old kitchen from 1983 was much better quality. No recommended. I will put a message on social media panel to avoid base on our experience. Finally he disconnect when I proved that he is not listening what I am saying refusing removing our data under the GDPR. Attached photos are just example of the general story.
