Kwik Fit - Great Yarmouth
Visited recently with a noisy exhaust, they carried out a check promptly and it only needed a slight repair, there was no charge. Recommend and will use again.

Kwik Fit - Great Yarmouth
Booked in for 2 tyres. We were told it would take 30 mins when we booked. Arrived today to be told it would be over 2hrs wait. This wasnt an option as we had young children with us. We went to fast fit round the corner and was sorted in 45mins and it was cheaper than kwik fits quote.

Had a screw stuck in my tyre. Pulled in to one of the employees serving another person outside, so waited till he was free. When he finished, he completely ignored me and walked inside. I followed into the reception, asked him to have a look at my car to see if it needed replacing or repairing was asked if I had a booking, i didn't have a booking but who does for a tyre problem. He didn't even look at the tyre.Said they could book me in, but that no good for a flat tyre. So, I got back in the car to notice your big signage saying. No booking needed" on it."

Kwik Fit - Great Yarmouth
I paid for changing 4 tyres but the boot of my car has been scratched when they put the spare tyre in. I didn’t realise when I drove away straight away , only when I parked in front of a shop. I drove back straight away and complained about it at the kwikfit in Yarmouth but the guy who was there said they can not do nothing about it and was completely useless. I never had a problem with previous services but now you lost a customer. Very unhappy and I have to find a way to repair the damage not even mentioning the financial side of it. Unbelievably poor service. I have photos for evidence.

Needed a puncture repair quickly as I had to travel on to Norwich.Changed to the spare, drove to the garage, and they could not repair it for 4 hours.I explained my predicament, but got no sympathy, even though I had purchased tyres from them previously.Went to Central Tyres in Gt Yarmouth, and they repaired it straight away, within 30 mins.Really poor service.

Completed very quickly.Pre-booked online for all 4 tyres.Good choice of tyre so chose my favourite Continentals with a 10% discount.Great service as usual.

Excellent service. Went in after my warning light came on to indicate low pressure. Wouldn't sell me tyres when i didnt need them as they checked for punctures and wouldn't take a penny for their trouble. Will be my first place i go when im in the area and need something as a result!

Fantastic service from moment I arrived to when I left. I asked for some blue chalk on my tyres for my grandson who loves the colour blue. The guys only has white chalk but they put a smiley face on each of the tyres which made our day - thank you so much

The second time I have needed them for an emergency job and again they did a top job with a quick turn around and saw me straight away.Today it was a fault with my callipers or brakes ..but needed doing and did me proud..Happy to fully reccomend these boys and this garage.Thank youUPDATE 9 months laterKwik fit S.o S i need you...How can we help you sir...Brakes fixing no problem we can get that sorted and fixed for you no problem, leave it with us...Clunk clank grind ouch...yep this was me driving my car but knew i could rely on these lads to help me.No bother, prompt service, discount appreciated all sorted.Another great job.Well done kwik fit
