A very rare find, Jamie is an exceptional workman with extremely high standards and work ethics to match. I can't recommend Be-Wise more. I have used them since I moved to my property 6 yrs ago and wouldn't use any other service. They have been so reliable and trustworthy and always explain everything really clearly. If there is anything small that I can do instead of them coming out/what I need to do to prepare for them doing the job, they always communicate this to me. Fantastic local business with fair prices and lovely friendly/helpful staff!

Unfortunate we have had a terrible experience from Be Wise. Fitted a new toilet for us then a few days later it became wonky, came out about a week later and did not mange to fix it. So we still have a toilet that is not fixed properly and moves when people sit on it. Now going to have to pay someone else to come and fix it.

We had our old boiler and water tank removed and a couple of new radiators fitted by Jamie and his team. polite clean and fast working. swapped my old system over to a combi and hid it away nice and neat in the loft! very impressed! we have been having the bathroom done st the same time and they worked along side my bathroom fitter as pipes were being rerouted going into the bathroom. aftercare service has been great with any questions we asked being answered in a good time solving any queries.highly highly recommend!

Jamie serviced our toilet about a year ago - fabulous service, friendly, courteous We needed our toilet cistern fixing just now and Jamie's response was immediate and brilliant. It needed a further part and Jamie sent Callum round - what a team - they are superb, responsive, take covid seriously and the best plumbers ever....don't hesitate to use them...

Really great guys who are polite, tidy and transparent about the work they are doing. Prices are always spot on and could not fault the work itself - regardless of how big or small the job. For jobs that can be done myself, they've empowered me to do so with helpful instructions - saving me a few quid too! The guys are friendly and communicative. Super professional - wouldn't use anyone else!

We have used be-wise plumbering on numerous occasions, from boiler services, to new taps to fixing our hot water and toilets. Every time Jamie has gone above and beyond with his service. Easy to make an appointment, works well and always cleans up after himself. Very happy customer's here in Aylesham.

Had Callum out to re-seal shower enclosure, and fix leaking sink, bath and toilet. All done in 3 hours. Came initially to price up and give quote so you know what you're paying for. One item didn't need complete replacement but just a new washer so Callum only fitted what was necessary and reduced the bill. Very efficient and impressive service.
