First time stopping here and so glad I did, absolutely amazing well priced food and very polite and friendly staff clean parking and clean showers and toilets.100% worth a visit! I’ll be back.

Altens Lorry Park Cafe
I arrived in my lorry just as they had closed.As a result I couldn't pay by card.....and I didn't have any cash! The owner offered to take me to a cash machine.As the cafe was closed and I'll be away before it opens, I can't say what the food is like but I gave a good rating for the great friendly service.A shame because the food and prices looked good.

Absolute gems! Great food, great service and superb banter. Even fired up the fryer for me after arriving late and having not ate all day. Highly recommended!

Solid flat parking, but it's not a lorry park. It's a selection of spaces on an industrial yard where you can pay to park your lorry for the night.Toilets and shower are clean and warm. Cafe food not bad. Friendly staff. Cafe is take out only.Parking £20 for the night.

This is one of the best transport cafes I have had the pleasure of eating in (or out of since covid rules apply) well worth a visit for a real breakfast with all of the good humored banter you would expect from a real transport cafe. The owners and staff are always glad to see you, the food quality & portion sizes cannot be beaten, and the prices are also really good, I can highly recommend this place if you are hungry, says Flanny.
