A real pub, in Blackburn!, warm, welcoming, reasonably priced and sensational bar staff.., and certainly a must for weary Tennis players on a Wednesday night.., for anybody to be honest. If this doesn't appeal to you... you're dead!

We stumbled upon this after missing our stop on a train late one night. A very welcoming and cosy pub. The landlord was very friendly and sorted us out a taxi home. Definitely visiting again

Good ale.They even have barrel glasses.Timmy taylor-2 varietiesMoorehouses -1Then the usual line up of beers.They accept cards.They have wi-fi.Friendly staff.Pool table in the back.When I visited on Tuesday, the darts team were playingWednesday- quiet drinking night.Hopefully will be back again tonight?

A small pub with a nice selection of tap beers, ciders and two real ales. A nice log fire for those cold winter days. The decor is traditional and a little dated. Sky TV and a juke box.
