It would of been better booking with Thomas Cook!! Every negative comment on here are 100% true. Fly in a week and still no flights confirmed. Filled with lies and more lies. Stay well clear!!!!!!

Booked a holiday to california for family of 4, fantastic price. Was bit sceptical as some reviews were bad, but everything was fine. Hotel, flights and car hire was all as should be. Now booked a holiday to Orlando as well. Lee was particularly helpful.

Very helpful staff, nothing is ever a problem been dealing with a gentleman called Lee who has been brilliant since I booked my holiday nearly two years ago. I would highly recommend florida masters for someone looking to book knowledge and customer service is outstanding. X

If you want a relaxing holiday DO NOT book with Florida Masters! Had to chase them up about mistakes they made on plane tickets and paperwork before flying. After phoning to double check car size prior to going, as there was 7 of us and them reassuring us there would be enough space for all the luggage and passengers, we got there to find we had two Toyota yaris' or equivalent size. we had to pay to upgrade to suitable sized vehicles. the villa we hired looked nothing like the pictures sent to us before booking. Florida Masters were still using olding photos from when the villa was first built in 2005.

DO NOT BOOK!!! with FLORIDA MASTERS. We travel in a couple of days and have spent the last 2 weeks chasing our flight confirmation and accomodation vouchers. We have been fobbed off and told to call back closer to the departure date. For the last 2 days we were promised our paperwork only to find out that that they had not booked our flights or accomodation. Now they are offering us a different flight and still cannot send us any accomodation details. We paid for this holiday over 14 months ago only to be completely stressed out days before we are supposed to go. No one at Florida Masters seems to be bothered and we just keep getting told they will resolve it and will call us back, but they never do. I urge anyone not to bother with this company if you want a stress free holiday, but if you like having to chase up and call a number that keeps hanging up on you or just rings out then this is the company for you! Terrible company and will never book with them again

Just paid for our Disneyworld holiday and yet again the process has been seamless thanks to the expertise of Lilly! We have stayed at Disneyworld resorts a number of times, and this will be the third time we have trusted Lilly at Florida Masters to arrange our Florida holiday. Yet again Lilly has taken away all the stresses and strains that can accompany planning a holiday, and the money she saved us in comparison to high street travel agents or booking directly with Disney is amazing! I am confident that our holiday in August this year will be just as magical as the previous ones Lilly has arranged for us. Thank you to our Disney Fairy Godmother Lilly, and to Florida Masters for adding that extra bit of sparkle to our Disneyworld experience xxxx

i booked this holiday through a lovely lady name Emma Hall, This was my 1st time going to florida and i didn't really know much about the place, But emma's knowledge of florida is exceptional, All the places she recommended was spot on!!!, i had 15 nights of paradise, im looking to book up again at the end of the year, i will definitely be booking through Emma again as her customer service is outstanding, nothing was to much trouble for her, replying to my calls and emails late at night. (does she ever stop working haha), hotel was in the perfect location, very clean and the staff was very polite and helpful. The sea and beach was outstanding, it was our dream holiday. Emma Thank you so much for organising this for us and i will be speaking to you soon for our next dream holiday. Keep up the fantastic and stress free work

Used Florida masters for a villa holiday to Orlando last month. Everything was as described when booking with good access to parks and malls.Car hire was easy and would recommend using their providers.The villa had a few issues on arrival (lights not working etc) which was rectified after contacting Florida Masters.Would recommend using them

** STAY CLEAR **Where do I begin, I booked our holiday through Florida Masters & upgraded from Thomas Cook to Virgin Atlantic, after a number of calls & emails I finally got my reference number so that I could book the bubble, roughly 60 days prior to flying I checked our reference number to make sure everything was okay only to find that it wasn't working, I then rang VA & to be told that my booking had been CANCELLED by the tour operator (FM) & re booked onto the SAME FLIGHT, problem being though we then lost our bubble seats which is paid extra for!It doesn't stop there, upon receiving our email with the booking, my Wife's name was spelt wrong, our care hire was with Dollor & the dates were wrong for the weeks we wanted,it more phone calls were made, to which at first they didn't pick up, they picked up via my mobile number though.....which charged me! I then got the booking through & they had changed the car hire company to Dollar, we had paid for Alamo.I don't like to slate companies as it takes a lot to rile me but the treatment I received was beyond abysmal, if you are thinking of going with this company......DO NOT DO IT!!
