St John's Garage

I returned home from holiday to find that the Meet and Greet Parking company had broken the suspension on our car and it could not be driven. Before arranging for the car to be towed I rang St John’s Garage and spoke to Christian who listened and understood our situation. He had to tell me that their next available slots were 9 days ahead BUT he assured me that they would work on the job if a slot became available because they recognised the difficulty of our situation. The car reached the garage on Wednesday evening. I received a call from Kane on Thursday morning with an estimated cost and I collected the car fully repaired on Friday afternoon. Both my wife and I are delighted with the service and can’t thank St John’s Garage enough. In all my dealings with them they have been very professional.Meanwhile Maple Parking deny any responsibility for the damage to the car. I will leave you to draw your own conclusions.

St Johns garage has always been helpful to me. I have had a few occasions now where I have had a car emergency from my exhaust failing off to my front light going out, the team at St John’s have always managed to fit me in and be nothing but kind to me. Really appreciate their hard work and great customer service. 10/10 would recommend their services.Thank you!

Brilliant team at St John's. I had been quoted upto £3000 to sort my gearbox flywheel and clutch by other garages.St Johns quoted around 2k and I paid using payment assist that was very straight forward. Work was done within 1 week of looking at it and after ordering parts in and completing the job. Most other places had my car for weeks before they even looked at it. I couldn't fault St John's at all.Today, I took it in for a routine MOT, just waiting for them to get in touch but it was incredibly busy when I dropped it this morning so fingers crossed.Highly recommended for work ethic and honesty.

Brilliant service. I sent my car in for a service and MOT just before the Bank Holiday and it failed but St John's Garage managed to get it back to me before the long weekend. The service is always respectful and all charges are explained clearly. It's nice to have a company that I can trust to take care of my car without over charging or taking advantage of my lack of knowledge!

Excellent service. Sorted a tricky light bulb fitting at short notice without making a big job of it: other garages refused to even attempt it! Nice surprise with the bill too. Very impressed thank you.

I was very pleased with the overall communication and work carried out on my car. It was a head gasket repair so a rather large job but I could not be happier with the service provided. Also it was also great to have mechanic to speak to and keep me updated so thank you Tom.I was recommended St Johns garage by my neighbour and I am glad that he did.

My mates windscreen wiper was vandalised, went by the garage and they bent it back into place. Saved him £50 from buying a new wiper. Didn’t charge us to sort it. Really appreciate the kindness and lovely staff and helping us on a Sunday (when they should have been closed!) Thanks- Jim, Mandy.

Tom and crew did a brilliant job fitting a new exhaust for me. Kept me updated and did the work in good time. Cheers guys.
