What an amazing experience i had with this shop! Steve serviced my daughter's bike within very short notice and did an amazing job at a great price! Totally reccomending!

Steve has provided great customer service on several occasions, to service my bike, fit child seats, advise on a new bike and attend my home last minute to help with a bike issue, plus provided advise on general bike maintenance and all for a great price. Thanks so much Steve!

Steve has serviced and fixed my family's bikes for several years now, and is always efficient, friendly and helpful. Last year he painstakingly built an adult trike from a kit for my son, and did a fantastic job.

Steve recently did a fantastic job of helping me upgrade the frame on my road bike.After buying a Reilly Titanium frame and finding that my usual bike shop in Epsom had shut, I very conveniently found Steve around the corner.Right from the outset Steve was super helpful, providing sound, considered advice.He was very collaborative during the build, taking the time to ensure the bike would be right for me from the outset.There were a few very specific components that needed to be sourced for this frame and Steve took the time to find these and get them shipped. Despite being a seasoned cyclist, had this been left to me I would have no doubt wasted time and money getting the wrong components.The finished product looks fantastic and rides amazingly, all thanks to Steve's help and advice.

Highly recommended, polite, fast, professional and excellent at helping me make decisions. I love being out on my bike, but I'm not great at doing anything other than basic maintenance....which I do badly. Having The Pedalers able to help me with annual services, new tires, and other bits has been a life saver and worth every penny. I'm confident in my bike out on the trails ♥️. Thank you so much. Ive been really impressed by how efficient, kind and helpful Steve has been on the three occasions I have needed bike help. Today he met the train I returned on, put my damaged bike in his van, brought us home, and immediately fixed the bike. Quick, sensible, convenient and great value for money, with no eye rolling or jokes, even when I still can’t change an inner tube. Highly recommend for keen but skill free cyclists especially, but he is very knowledgable and also does bike servicing and rebuilding.

Steve has been amazing, pickung up and servicing my bike and then another time responding quickly, fixing and returning bike as required for a charity ride. Highly recommended.

I used Pedalers (Steve) and received a brilliant service. They serviced 4 cycles for me and did a great job at a very reasonable cost. It was all carried out very professionally from collecting the cycles from my home to dropping them back a few days later. Steve at The Pedalers provides a really excellent, professional and quick service.I usually service my own bike, having ridden for many years, but decided to ask Steve to check it over and fix anything.He fixed the gear shifting issues and straightened the front disc and gave it a very thorough safety check.I will definitely be using The Pedalers again
