The instructor here is one of the best I’ve ever trained with. Very good technically and great teaching. Would recommend for anyone wanting a combat based martial art or even for people who want to round out their MMA or boxing with unorthodox, nasty principles and techniques.Highly recommend

Krzysztof is a 1st class instructor, he is experienced, knowledgeable and above all passionate about what he teaches. Lessons are fun and enjoyable but also intense, they are well structured and no two weeks are ever the same.
