A lot of these reviews seem to refer to boat trips or different locations! The passenger terminal is clean with a nice coffee shop and toilets, could do with a few more seats but generally very nice.

クィーンビクトリアで三週間弱のクルーズに行ったが、陸上係員のレベルが最低なのが居た。足の悪い人が手すりに掴まって歩いているのを避けずにぶつかって、身体障害者に避けさせていた。その係員は車椅子の若い係員だった。英国は紳士の国なんて嘘だった。
