I popped in for the 20 wing deal and it was not so great. Firstly it was very greasy and secondly there were large feathers on some of the chicken. No point of getting KFC if I have to take all the coating off just to be able to eat my food.

The usual KFC vibes.Waited ages for my order.The waiting area was small and with delivery riders also waiting for orders, it was very congested.Staff seemed disinterested that customers were waiting long outside the usual waiting time.Not a lot of available seatingToilets were not nice to use

Ordered before from Orpington and didn’t rate it but thought I would see if it had improved this Order was through Deliveroo food was stone cold my chicken fillet burger burnt and rock hard unable to eat went in the bin kfc chicken pieces looked burnt and were just edible

Absolutely disgusting quality of food. Ordered through Uber eats. Fries and chicken stale and dry and gravy very watery. Again… absolutely appalled by the quality of food. Tried calling the branch but no one answers then goes to voicemail.

The only decent take away in the area along with Dominoes and Miso ( for those familiar with cantonese? dishes).For me, I never had any problems with KFC so far, they only messed up 1 order in 2 years.

All three ordering screens had technical issues and would not let me order food despite my sister being able to judge minutes before so I did not end up ordering anything. I ate part of her chicken and it was incredibly dry, and had some of her cookies and cream milkshake that had a very very watery consistency and was almost flavourless. Will not be returning.

Went in at 2pm . Very poor service, 15 minutes to wait for a wrap. The 2 female behind the counter were poor and slow. Some one in the background started shouting at them. Hardly surprising.. table's were generally dirty and not cared for. Very disappointed with KFC.

Just been to this KFC & it has seriously gone downhill. We actually went last night & it was closed-over 20 minutes before it is supposed to close. Went earlier tonight & wish we hadn't bothered. The woman aserving was incredibly rude & got the order wrong,then was even ruder about her mistake rather than apologise she just huffed & moaned that she'd have to redo the drinks. She then forgot the dips we had paid for & huffed about that too without any apology.Opened the food at home(a few minutes drive away) & the chips were cold(not even slightly warm) they also tasted like they'd been cooked from frozen & reheated& the wraps were only slightly warm.Also she had put ice in the drinks which she was also told not to. Wish I had gone to Morley's around the corner!
