Bought some laser lights but one didnt work but it was exchanged without a problem

Absolutely disgusting customer service. You ask them to get stuff out of the window and they complain about having to go in the window, then totally ignore you when your trying to ask for the stuff behind the counter. I be reporting this to the manger as this has happened more then once. My argument is if you don’t want to go in the window then don’t put stuff in the window it’s simple as that or get staff who are willing to do there job properly.

Staff always look like they are having a bad day but they are nice, and its a Proper sweet shop love it here. They do pint pots!

A great shop full of daily paper's and books plus chocolates, sweets and many other treats and in the window drinking glasses, containers and small lamps the staff are very helpful and friendly if your on holderness Road in hull it's well worth a visit
