Lost my laptop in Edinburgh Airport and it was passed on to Luggage Point. Exchanged couple of emails and paid £40+ (shipping and service). Paid and was told it was ready for collection. 3 days later wasn't collected. I emailed them and they confirmed that they have been having problems with courier (DHL).So contacted DHL and was told that the driver was told there was nothing to collect when they turned up. A bit suspicious I sent the response to Luggage Point. They raised the issue with the management and got my laptop collected on the day.The next day I was tracking the delivery which initially was showing 1-2pm delivery. Then was moved 3-4pm. I still waited. Past 5 and I am outside looking for the van. 6:15 I got a notification saying they missed me and no-one was home. Frustrated I email DHL again and the next day morning got a reply saying driver was miles away (tracked the van's GPS) at the time they did that.Anyway, I was a bit suspicious after reading all those reviews but I personally think it may be DHL's faults most the time.Just wanted to thank you Luggage Point team for returning my laptop back safely.Maybe work on your speed and get a better courier service. Maybe change fee structure.

Confiscated a small tool from me at Edinburgh airport in January, took ages to get in touch, charged £36 to ship it (likely cost them about £3), I paid for it as it held sentimental value and then proceeded to lose it.Now haven't got a reply from them. Disgraceful service & any airport should avoid using them/ being associated with them.

Tried for hours to get through just rang out. Round trip of 30 miles then expensive parking. Get to the pick up point with the ref. no. provided, after a 40 minute search the young lady says sorry cannot find your item. Now back home no further forward. They are supposed to be getting in touch I will not hold my breath.

This is Rubbish service. It took 4 days to respond to an enquiry about a lost licence. They had the item, but refused to post it saying I had to use their courier at an exorbitant price, many times the cost of the licence. It is a RIPP-OFF.

I left my laptop at security and have been trying to call them all morning. After going through the menu the phone simply gets disconnected after a few minutes. I have been on this for more than 2 hours now. It is soooo frustrating!

Mistakenly left a small bag in the airport. Very fortunately some honest person found it and handed it in to this company. An hour later I realised my mistake and started calling airport shops to try and track my bag down. Meanwhile luggage-point found my contact number inside the bag and called to say they had it and I could collect. I was then charged £25 for a supposed administration charge. So basically I had to buy my own bag back from them when all they done was sit it on a shelf and call me to tell me. I would have much rathered the money went to the honest person who found it. At least they were deserving of it.

No chance of reaching anybody neither on telephone nor via email. Waiting now 5 days for our missing luggage. The phone number calling us from the airport in Edinburgh to arrange the luggage delivery to our hotel can‘t be called back. This is no customer service at all. One star is definitely too much!

Rip off price and abysmal service. Charged me £25 to keep a passport I had dropped in the cabin of the plane and it took me a week and 12 separate phone calls to get somebody to answer. A new passport would have costed me just twice that amount.

Worst company ever. Nobody picking up the phone not only in Edinburgh store but also in head office. I've created several tickets, wrote e-mails to get our luggage shipped from store to final destination but without any response. We are still waiting for our luggage
