The Catering Experience
Disappointed. They arrived after guests were arriving which was difficult as we were trying to greet our guests. Having to provide equipment such has gazebo, tables and lighting was not what we would have expected from a company of 30 years. Although friends said the food was good, the experience was not what they expected of a hog roast. There was no hog roast. The meat, although tasty, was prepared earlier and brought already carved.

The Catering Experience
I was a guest at a wedding party; in the middle of knowwhere. The Catering Experience came and set up with all their own equipment. They cooked from fresh a delicious paella which was magical to watch. There was plenty to eat and we went back for seconds. I would highly recommend!
