Waxing was amazing - I would definitely return for that. She was friendly, thorough and I had minimal discomfort. The ‘luxury’ pedi however was disappointing. it was not luxurious at all - there was no foot massage and the whole lasted about 20 minutes. It just felt rushed and the only thing that saved it was the amazing massage chair. But as the waxing was so good it’s 4 stars.

Had my nails done by Maria today. Perfect classic French manicure with gel polish. She was so thorough and gentle and really cares about her artistry! She took time to understand what I wanted. I normally feel rushed in these places but Maria took her time and was so polite and lovely. The lady who greeted me was lovely too. Thanks, In.Style team! I will definitely be back.

5*!! Loved the service and all the staff are so lovely and friendly. Service is very quick and fast. I came to do a wax a week and a half ago, by this lovelylady Manisha. she was very easy to talk to and made me feel very comfortable, and was very gentle! I am not good with pain, but getting my wax done here barely hurt, and the wax was great. This place is now my go to forever!

Professional and friendly as always .I have sensitive skin and Ritu takes her time when threading/waxing.Ritu had done my lashes for the longest time and never disappoints! People always think I have i divisor when they are clusters10/10 Highly recommend

normally go for lash extensions here and all fine, but my appointment got changed 3 times all on the same days, and when I got there the lady told me I was having a different lash set to what I booked in and I had the email to prove and she didn’t want to see. In the end I went with what she said i apparently booked in and payed £50 for the set and hasn’t even been a day and I’ve had so many lashes fall out and am very disappointed! Some of the staff are also very unprofessional laughing at you and not interested in what you have to say! Definitely will never go back
