Freestyle Martial Arts Southam

FMA is a fantastic, dynamic club with passionate, dedicated and supportive instructors. The classes are fun, friendly and very welcoming, leaving you looking forward to the next lesson. You can train alongside your family, I train here with my husband and our 3 sons and we love it. FMA is much more than just self defence, it helps build confidence (it certainly has for me!) It helps with mental health and keeping you fit, healthy and active.

My son is really enjoying his Freestyle Martial arts classes very much. Each class is well presented and taught clearly. These are great sessions for building confidence as well as being suitable different abilities. Highly Recommended

A fantastic family friendly class, not only teaching self defence skills but also respect and discipline. The instructors are all wonderful, with just the right balance of having fun and being professional. Great for all ages and fitness levels. My young son has progressed very quickly in just a few months.

Great club, for children and adults

Absolutely fantastic atmosphere, builds confidence and great family activity with both my sons. Highly recommended for families.
