This company may have a 5 star rating for the work they have carried out, it's not the same for their employees and everybody seems to want to leave and very unhappy working here, I myself only worked for Vital Heating Solutions for 3 days. David the owner is nothing but a theft as I didn't receive the money for the 3 days worked and didn't respond to any emails I sent about the money I was owned.DO YOURSELF A BIG FAVOUR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THE VEHICLE'S THAT THIS COMPANY HAVE ARE OLD WITH HEADLIGHTS HANGING OFF AND DENTS IN THE WINGS ALL OVER DEFINITELY SHOULD NOT BEEN ON BRITISH ROADS... THAT'S IF YOU CAN GET THEM STARTED.

I have dealt with Vital Heating Solutions on numerous occasions over the years, and the service, professionalism and expertise of the company and staff is excellent. Both office and site staff are very knowledgeable and always willing to help and advise us. I have no issues recommending this company to anyone.Keep up the good work.

Couldn't be happier! Our old fires had never been serviced, and they literally filled a bag with soot I was a little embarrassed by how grim it was! They knew safety was really important with us adopting and they really knew their stuff and explained everything to us in detail. I can't recommend them enough! Everything was left clean and spotless too, just really lovely company who did a brilliant job! I'd recommend them to everyone!

We had our boiler serviced today with Ben. He listened to our issues with the boiler . He carried out our service very thoroughly ,taking his time . A very professional , polite and knowledgeable engineer. Thank you very much for an outstanding service.

Vital Heating have been fantastic for us, they have carried out full heating replacements along with reactive repair work. I couldn't recommend Vital Heating enough their engineers are are hard working, reliable and always leave the jobs impeccably clean.
