Rude staff, specifically Jake if I remember correctly. Never have steaks out in the fridge for some reason so I was buying my steaks elsewhere for months only to realise they hide them in the back from customers!

Nice store... plenty of produceUsual co op prices ... not bad especially some of the specials.The parking here is limited... but generally sufficient...Staff are always polite and friendlyWhat more can I say..... umm ... they have self serve tills here.

It's clean staff are friendly but it is seriously overpriced for many items. More expensive than my local co-op so if your in desperate need of something okay, if not I can't think of a reason to shop there.

I have to thank Cohen for going above and beyond to help me get set up for a delivery. I just got out of hospital and needed extra assistance and Cohen was delighted to put himself out for me. If the rest of the staff at coop Ilsham Road are half as good as Cohen it’ll be the best store they have. Thanks again Cohen. Rich

Very rude person works at the store. When my husband of 78 asked where something was he was told that he hadn`t been in the store for more than five minutes and to look himself. Customer relations 0 It is called the Co-operative which does not reflect its co-operation with the elderly.

Very helpful and friendly staff. After I had stroke they willingly opened bottles for me at the till. I fell ill whilst in there once, they got me a chair, water and offered to call for help. The food and products are what you would expect to find in a store of this sizeI need yo review the products, for 2 weeks now no de caf coffee, this isn't a preference I have severe osteoporosis and am not supposed to drink caffeine get it sorted please
