Bad customer service I always get overcharged and when I complain they act like it was my fault and they do me a favor. Really unfriendly lady nice with most of the people but NOT with me and also not with another people who has an accent. I just avoid the place in the future.

Very unimpressed despite the reviews. They wanted to deliver the food far too early on a Sunday morning for a christening so the food ended up being out almost 1 and half hours before guests arrived despite me asking for a later time. The eastern platter was soggy, most of the sandwiches were going stale and the 'lettuce leaves' on the bottom of each platter liked like it had been there for a few days.They also charge a £25 to deliver on a Sunday which is not made clear. Guests were not impressed.Would not recommend or use again.

Amazing, friendly and professional service. We ordered a large party buffet and cannot fault a thing. Bexleys made the experience simple. The food was delicious everybody commented on it. They arrived and set up with no fuss whatsoever. Will never use any other Caterer now. Thank you!

Food is lovely but I ordered a buffet for 60 people and they sent 16 slices of quiche ,20 cocktail sausage rolls and 20 open balm rolls . When I questioned this they said well not everyone eats everything ????? I have had to go out on the day of the party and buy extra food!!!! Just what I need . To be told that their set buffet costing me £300 does not cater for all 60 guests is astonishing!!!!!Wont be using again . Even the venue commented on the lack of food!!

We ordered food from here. We went into tuebrook shop. The person who served us was very professional and friendly. Gave us great advice. We were very happy with the price. Good arrived on Saturday at 5. That was the time we wanted. The guy who delivered it was very helpful and fast. Ok on to the food. It was the best we have ever had cant believe how much their was. All our guest said it was a great buffet. And will go their for their party's. Can't praise them enough. Neil Johnson.

Extremely bad customer service. I phoned up a month or so ago to enquire about ordering a buffet for 60 people. I was told not to worry because they will only need two weeks notice, so going off this the second phone call, but yet it’s still two months before the party date. I was informed that they don’t do deliveries and that we would have to collect the food ourselves, as they was fully booked. The woman then went on to take my name and phone number and told me the manager would contact me the next day around 10am, this never happened!I had to phone the shop again and this time, I spoke to the manager, and she said she’d not been informed. So at this point I’m now thinking how would I be able to transport the hot food ie, curry etc… I said I would call back. On calling back I was told, the manager is too busy now can you call back again tomorrow!This place is a joke and run very unprofessionally and I would advise people to look elsewhere.

We visit the old swan shop regularly . We can't fault their food but a female member of staff should not be working with customers her attitude unfortunately stinks. She's quite rude & intimating. She aggressively asks what you want. Huffs & puffs if you take too long. Always moaning especially on a Saturday as to how busy she is. Just a thought, if you're not busy maybe you wouldn't have a job. The words today were 'thank god the shops empty & queues gone' whlist we were waiting for our order. Many people I talk to are aware of who I'm talking about. I'm sure her boss must be aware to choose to ignore. It's such a shame as I've always found food lovely but her attitude puts me off. I think I will just go to the Scotch Beef shop in Woolton were food is amazing as are the staff.

I’ve been getting my meal prep done by Bexleys for the past 8 months, always done to perfection. Price and portion size is the best I’ve come across.Would highly reccomend to anyone.

Excellent local butchers with a variety of raw, cooked and cold cut meats. Staff are friendly and helpful and the prices are hard to argue with. The BBQ packs they sell are exactly what you want
