Oh my gosh! Where to start! Jack was amazing, super attentive & friendly! He spent long hours helping us choose our dream honeymoon and has been fab all the way through! Charlie was also fantastic in helping us get the best possible price and was also lovely! We will 100% be booking a trip through TUI Hereford, Jack and Charlie again!! Thank you both x

The help, support and friendliness of all staff at TUI Hereford are commendable. From the moment we walked into the travel agents I was met with a very warm welcome and nothing was too much trouble.After having our all inclusive holiday cancelled by another holiday company due to fires in Rhodes, Charlotte Boswell the Deputy Manager was able to source at very short notice another suitable holiday for 8 people.Even after completing the booking Charlotte and Tracey the Senior Retail Manager both contacted me to thank me and check to see if further support was needed.Not very often today do you get this level of personal, friendly professional care.This travel agent based in Hereford is one we would have no hesitation to revisit.

Super easy to book an appointment at the Tui Hereford store online, we arrived 15 minutes early which was no problem. Charley dealt with us, she was very understanding, friendly and booked our holiday for us based on what we told her we wanted. Charley was happy to answer any questions that we had and was all round a great experience!
