I started yoga here about a month before lockdown and enjoyed the classes - amazing atmosphere and facilities with patient and clear teaching.When lockdown hit Michelle put on zoom classes which have been a life saver for me and I attend as many as possible from the comfort of my own home. I love the flexibility of not having to travel, worry about what to wear and I have seen a big improvement to how toned, flexibility and my balance. All this on top of excellent teaching and calming effects of Shavasana at the end of each class. You can turn your camera on or off during the lesson and Michelle is so welcoming and helpful even providing free classes so we can learn parts of yoga which help in class. I can’t speak highly enough about the effect that these classes have had on my life right now! THANKS!
