I love Nando's and I absolutely adore their variety of chicken wings and pretty much everything they do. This was my first time in Speke and to be honest it was the worst chicken wings I had! Was over cooked to the state of burned and as we got the menu we didn't really know if we should order or some one will take the order and totally ignored for the first 10 min. Never mind that but the food, was just not what I expected. I still love any other Nando's except the one in Speke.I will always love Nando's and their amazing food but if you are a big fan don't go to the one in Speke as to my own surprise it is next to TjFridays and not a big fan of TjF. food I did have a much better experience there!Such a waste of time and money.Never again in Nando's Speke.

Seems like chaos at Nando’s tonight ..lots of very junior staff we waited 30Mins for a table even though there were plenty available and other people who arrived after us were ushered to tables that would have sat our number.They had not waited or placed on the waiting app.Table we were taken to had not been cleaned even though another 6 seated table was clean and empty.(We saw it being cleaned)Definitely need to look at fairness of “table finding” and organisation.!Along with the vaping policy which mean you can have vaping exhaled breath in you face as well !

Went for a cheeky nandos with the mandem. Got there and were seated instantly. Covid-19 arrangements seemed good although a few staff were not wearing masks. Food was reasonably priced, staff obeyed our requests, food was served quickly and the chicken was very nice. 10 hot wings with piri piri fries and garlic bread is an amazing combination that i definitely reccomend you try if you go to this particular nandos location or indeed any other nandos in the world. overall i rate it 16/10 good job guys

My partner and I went there 3 weeks ago, it was raining, the staff refused to accommodate us, they said they are short in staff, but we can still order onlineThere were available tables and all the service required is someone to put the food on the table, as you get your drinks and sauces yourself. Whatever the situation is I find it rude that you say to customer who are soaked with the rain, we can't accommodate you.But we came back after two days, the food was nice, the atmosphere is okay, but the service wasn't good, we had to ask for glasses for drinks.

It was awful service food was late, service person was not trained at all to serve customers.After waiting a long time food was finally served but with NO plates for two of us to eat.Service person for the table said, no plates will give them when it’s available and left with no apologies or anything. Waiting over ten minutes while food was getting cold and finally had to get the manager to come and give us plates. Agian no apology or service.Horrible service all around and very disrespectful.Not family oriented at all.

Had an excellent experience Dani was very helpful explaining the chili points after me not understanding them for years. She did not stop cleaning, serving etc the whole time in my visit. Asked several times if everything was OK and very friendly. Shame she couldn't be cloned to all Nando restaurants

Bit chaotic with organizational skills, was told we could order at the table via QR Code bus one was very badly scratched and the other was snapped so had to order at the till. I was asked to wait for a minute then someone came to the till and started serving other people even though I was still waiting to be served and was first in line?However I don't think it was bad service it was just very minor things, the staff were great and friendly and the food was amazing and they served the fresh food very quickly. Would definitely recommend!

Me and my partner visited Nandos for a meal together whilst visiting the retail park.As the Nandos is based on a retail park there is plenty of parking available, including disabled parking outside. There are also plenty of shops and even some activities you can do during your visit.When we arrived we were seated immediately. We visited around 3pm so we were alittle early for the tea time rush, it was very quiet at this time.We were asked if we had been before and were given the option to order at the till or scan a QR code to order. I honestly prefer ordering at the till but we used the QR code to see how easy it was and it was very straight forward! The QR code brings up the menu and you just add to your basket what you want. You have to place your table number in and then pay. Nice and simple.The food arrived very quickly and was hot when it arrived, nice and fresh. I love how you can personalize how spicy you want your dish to me. My partner would still like something more spicy! The food was delicious and relatively healthy too.The restaurant was clean and the toilets were relatively clean too, just some tissue on the ground. There were alot of staff member and they even had some training happening during the time we were eating but this was also kept out of the way. It was a very relaxing atmosphere.
