Just received the most AMAZING service. The staff are so lovely and welcoming, Annie is hilarious. The nails are the best I’ve ever had them done ANYWHERE. I genuinely cannot recommend this place and the people enough. Thank you so much!

Yesterday had one of the disastrous experiences of my life. I had been recommended this place. Within minutes, I had cause the young lady to nearly throw me out. She thought I was insulting her mother, who wore a mask, whereas at 77 I had had difficulty understanding and thought she didn't have much English at any rate I thought she didn't understand me either. Disaster, my last intentionThe gentleman who in fact did very little to my nails as he thought them too bad. I cried all the way through. It was all too awful. I said my nails without gel would break and thats exactly what they did before I got home. Maybe it was payback for them thinking I was being rude...

The Nail Bar came highly recommended by a friend and you must go. All staff are warm and welcoming and having had several visits for nails and other beauty treatments over the past months, I would not go anywhere else. My student daughter is also a customer and the staff kindly accommodate us together every time. I am never disappointed and I always receive compliments on my beautiful nails wherever I go. It really is a very friendly and wonderful place to visit . ..I love it! ❤️

I only give one star as the beautician was very polite and chatty. The quality of his job is another story. My nails start pealing by the end of week one. Never will go there again.

The worst place!!! So unprofessional. Annie the manager plastered my mentally unwell mother all over her Instagram with her 20,000 followers and made a mockery of her. When all my mum done was simply ask a question. It has resulted my mum in extreme stress then when confronted the salon denied it was my mum when it was and continued to laugh at my posts. Not to mention the nails are so tacky. I wanted pink and blue for my gender reveal and she decided to do her own design. Now so many people are coming forward with their stories of the place. Annie recently did my nails in preparation for my wedding on Saturday and I am totally in love with them! I went in not really knowing what I wanted and Annie gave me some ideas and came up with a beautiful design. She spent 2 hours doing my nails, taking care with them, and it was a very relaxing experience. Thank you again NailBar!
