Always we have problem with appointments, doctors are professional and kind but for some reason we never can get appointment. Today my husband was on the phone from 9 am till now( is 10.30 am) trying to get appointment and from waiting number 30 now he is number 1 for 15 minutes still no one answered. He is trying to get appointment for me which I had fall 5 days ago and now I am concern about a bump on my leg .no answer the worst possible

Took 10minutes to get through on phone. Receptionist very friendly & helpful. Phone call from GP 2 hours later. Also used Blood pressure text Floservice & GP phoned me results. Sent link to book blood test appointment.

I have been with this surgery 2years..Drs are fantastic..reception are polite and to all the staff in the chemist.. Thankyou

trying to get an apointment is bazar wait for a phone call to see if you can go another call see if the doctor will see you it is quiete aperfomance and people dont know what is going on.on the whole its quiete good i have had one bad expirience with one doctor that nearly killed me and left me with a dent in my brain i was quiete surprised when i saw a neurologist after a test and he told me its not the norm you expect when you see a doctor still it leaves more space for others if you are brown bread the particuler doctor i hope will get the help he needs and stick to being a gp and not sending you to a speacilist i hope he learns to do that and not make to many assumptions about things he knws nothing about. any other aspect is good on the bright side the funeral directors are not far away

It was my first time for the 3rd Covid-19 vaccins. I was 40 minutes earlier and took me immediately! Not sure if it's because I'm in a wheelchair but it was nice ambiance, friendly staff, very efficient. A+++Have real wheelchair ♿ disable toiletsXXG Gilles

I had my my covid jab last week and the staff & doctors who were there giving the jabs and also the volunteers done a fantastic job. Thank you all so much for looking after us all so well. You truly are our heroes. We appreciate you all. Stay safe.

Took 10minutes to get through on phone. Receptionist very friendly & helpful (No 4 in que), I do understand why people get frustrated while waiting for someone to pick the phone up, but at the end of the day I am sure they are doing there best, well done all the staff.

Incredible health centre. The front of house team are always friendly, helpful and kind. You always feel listened to. The treatment I have received as a perimenopausal women has been incredibly supportive, lots of my friends have not received the same standard of care and thoughtfulness. I cannot speak highly enough of this Practice.

I was so upset after an awful call with one of their receptionists (She was so rude I was in tears after the call), I immediately sent a formal complaint email.This was ignored. The following day I sent a follow up email. This was also ignored. I have just sent them a third email. I won't hold my breath waiting for a reply! I am absolutely dumfounded that they have not even bothered to contact me regarding this.*It's now over 3 weeks since my initial complaint. I sent 3 emails, and spoke to one of the receptionists who promised to look into it for me. I've still not heard a word.Disgusting!

The worst Health Centre I have ever visited. To get a referrals to any specialist is never possible.I had different problems more times but they never can send me to the specialist even if my problem is serious.Absolutely useless team.
