Food was amazing and it was good value. Staff were so friendly and helpful. We celebrated a birthday for a child and staff let us bring our own cake. It was a lovely experience.

I was in the mood for some Italian food for dinner and decided to come here. I ordered Orecchiette Di Manso Al Limone and a ginger mojito. The mojito was very refreshing. As for the pasta, it was filling, the meat was tender, and I loved that there was a spicy kick to it. Overall, the meal was delicious at a good price. If you’re looking for a place to enjoy Italian cuisine while in Southampton, this is an option for you. Definitely recommend!

A spontaneous trip here due to all trains being cancelled to Bournemouth on my way back from uni in Portsmouth. I explained the situation and asked for a table with a charger so that I could make sure my devices were charged before going off into the Southampton night without any way of knowing how I would be getting home and they couldn't have been any more accommodating. Sorting me out with a table close to a plug so I could have my laptop and phone plugged in. All the staff were so friendly and very attentive. I had the steak and mango salad which I wasn't sure would really go but I gave it a try and it was excellent! And an excellent service from the team. Thank you so much, will definitely be back for a 3rd time (the last time I got one of the pizzas which were incredible and massive! Especially for the price) thoroughly recommend.

Lovely experience with family! Pizza was lovely and fresh. I made staff aware on online booking and at the table that we were celebrating 2 birthdays but unfortunately this was not facilitated at all, a little disappointed as they could see others celebrating and music playing. Amazing experience regardless

First visit for a couple of years and we had the pleasure of being served by Aria again, she is always friendly and helpful.Food was great as always, large pizzas are always a win.Staff are always friendly and service is good.Worth a visit!

The food was amazing which was the best part of the night. Unfortunately had it's downside, the service wasn't that good seemed to be waiting a long time trying to find a server to order food. And I made a reservation for 7:30pm but when I was arrived I was told they had no free tables and that they don't do reservation which they do. We was given a buzzer and told to wait at the bar. The bar staff didn't offer to take our drink order in the mean time and just watched us sat there with nothing. When we was eventually sat at a table 30 minutes past my reservation time there was no apology given for their mistake or making us wait. Will be back again with another reservation but I won't be waiting next time.

Great experience at this L’Osteria location; excellent portion sizes, good value for money and a decent restaurant atmosphere. Very happy overall and would definitely return and recommend to both friends and family. I advise booking as this restaurant can be very busy. The pizza ordered was of high quality and a respectable amount of effort was made in the care both producing and presenting the food and drink, see photos.

Only waited 15 minutes for a table, staff were so friendly and kept us up to date with how long we had to wait.My god well worth the wait!! Pizza was huge and tasted amazing!Pasta again had amazing flavour and large portion. Really good price too.Lovely restaurant and will be our go to when we are in Southampton
