Collingham Serviced Apartments

This place is amazing! The service here is exceptional, the staff who are sweet and very helpful go above and beyond for their customers. The rooms were comfortable, and clean. The building is located by eveything, so you can easily catch a £5-£15 taxi about anywhere. The area it's located in is also very beautiful. I will definitely book here again the next time I come back to London.

Excellent place to stay. I visited London last month and this was one of the best aspect of my trip. Gossier was very courteous and welcoming, as well as the other attendants. She gave us clear directions of how to get around in London. The rooms were cleaned and fresh linen was provided on a daily basis. They even restocked our tea, coffee, sugar etc sachets every day.My only concern was that I couldn't find the heater in the apartment. My apartment had a portable air conditioner. I'm used to central cooling and heating systems. Good thing we had good weather during our stay.Overall, I'm glad that we lodged there. Customer service was amazing in Collingham Serviced Apartment.

My daughter and I stayed a week at Collingham Serviced Apartments while looking at universities for her in the UK, and we had a fantastic experience there. It's located right between Earl's Court and Gloucester tube stations, in a quiet area of Kensington. The apartment was beautiful and immaculately clean, and the manager and front desk staff were helpful and polite. Everything was comfortable, from the temperature to the bed.The kitchen was perfect for what we needed during our week and, bonus, the non-stick pans were non-stick enough for me to cook eggs on without any oil. The washer/dryer was helpful for a week-long stay. This was a great central London location, and we will definitely stay there again on future trips to London.

We went as London was opening up again from COVID. When we got in we were upgraded to a three bedroom two bath flat. The flat was spacious and had many accommodations that made it feel more like home

We've stayed here a couple of times now, and we will definitely be staying here again! The staff are lovely, always welcoming, and nothing is too much trouble!Our apartment has always been clean, and comfortable. Home from home really.On our last stay (August), we were upgraded to the penthouse at no extra cost for our first night! This was a lovely and pleasant surprise.The location for us is perfect, and we're looking forward to staying here again!

An excellent place to stay. The rooms are spacious, clean and most importantly quiet. A fantastic welcome pack comprising milk, bread, wine, and butter. Fantastic friendly staff, particularly the manager and Ash. We had our car broken into at the local NCP, (avoid at all cost) but the staff made our car secure for a 250 mile journey home. We plan to return later this year.

Excellent place! 24hr reception, spacious apartment (the one I got at least, was upgraded from a studio), huge double bed, living room, kitchen, balcony! Great for a couple or family! The cable TV with BT sports was also greatly appreciated! The personnel was also helpful! The only negative was the mattress which was not very good and that they were strict with the check-out (although it was probably full and they had to prepare the room)

Spaciousness- we stayed in 3 bedder and we enjoyed the space provided. It also came with a balcony. We have 4 adults, 1 teen and 2 children.Cleanliness- the equipment was fairly clean and the daily room cleaning was basic. However the floor is very squeaky and felt like something was broken.Comfort- Beds were not great and comfort barely pass. The teen had to sleep on the sofa bed in the living and bed was terrible. He had a bad ache sleeping in that. Originally charge £30/night but was waived when we feedback. Reasonable enough.Cost- very subjective but we paid £700 per night. For the comments above, i felt abit overpriced. However, there are very few alternativesLocation- not super central and require a short taxi or metro ride to most places.
