My partner had a rear wheel rebuilt for his BTwin Tilt900 by Essex Bicycles and was very pleased with the results. Staff member Ross built the wheel exactly to the specifications requested, didn’t charge the Earth and turned the job around in under a week. Highly recommend.

Purchased my first e-bike from Essex Bicycles as they had a great deal on. The customer service I have received has been amazing from Ross. Had a problem with the frame being marked from the manufacturer but Ross sent it back and got me a replacement pretty quickly. Ross delivered it to my door all set up. Also Ross has been there for any teething problems I have experienced. Cannot ask for much more and wouldn't hesitate to purchase from again in the future!

I can’t speak highly enough of the level of service from Ross. Knowledgeable, honest and attentive. Giving best advice and support on what I needed when servicing one bike and an immaculate customer service when purchasing a new bike. 10/10 highly recommended.

Ross and the team at Essex Bicycles provide a freindly, efficient and value for money service. My bike just wasn’t right after a small crash but certainly all running smoothly now thanks to a thorough check and many ‘tweaks’. Would highly recommend.

First time using this bike shop and received a very good service, was served by a decent, pleasant and knowledgable guy Ross, quick turnaround! Fitted new crank set and pads, break and gear cables to my partners bike. Bike has never run better. Would recommend them to anyone.

In formative.Too'd and throwed but eventually came up with the right model best used for my own personal circumstances..... With over 200 pounds off on the sale of particular model shown interest in.Will be definitely getting back in touch next week to purchase.Cheers!

Amazing customer service and would highly recommend. Extra thanks to Ross who not only completed a maintenance and cleaned my bike but also fitted some new mudguards and grips without fuss. look forward to visiting again in the near future.

First time using Essex Cycles, I must say amazing service. I ordered a new set of brakes and rotors with fitting, also a spoke replaced in rear wheel. Quick turn around, good price and I’m more than happy with the work that’s been carried out. Massive thanks to Ross for being really helpful. Will definitely use again
