I have a rare car that broke its CV joint recently, making it immovable. As soon as the part was delivered from the USA, James came promptly (on a Saturday) and fixed it within an hour at a good price. He was friendly and dealt with my irritating neighbours very well. Great stuff.

Having been let down previously by another mobile technician we found Ryecroft Auto Tech after a quick google search.We were given a time and James arrived almost bang on that time.Very professional with an astounding array of equipment and carried out all the repairs.Now our car is a classic JDM car over 20 years old. The bolts, nuts and other bits were completely seized and I mean seized beyond belief.James didn’t stop, and a couple of hours later everything was completed and repaired. He even repaired the brake callipers that we were told by a specialist garage would have to be replaced entirely as they were unrepairable.Excellent service and very reasonable prices.Hand on heart I would recommend this company to anyone. Called for help for my daughters car late Friday afternoon. James came as promised same evening. He diagnosed the fault straight away and fixed it to get the car going again. Said a permanent new part would be needed and is going to source the price for this for us. Thank you for a great service.

I met James the other day. I needed a mechanic fast as I had a engine warning light come on my motor. Spoke to him and he arranged to come and check the car that evening. He Pulled up and was very polite, he found the problem and explained to me the issue is great detail. Really great mechanic. Will be using again in the future.
