Had laundry service, clothes came back still wet and folded extremely poorly.... needed to iron almost everything and refold all clothing

I came today (on a saturday) to wash my laundry at 3:40pm as on the internet stands that they are open until 5pm and I was asked to leave because they actually work untill 4pm. They didnt let me do my laundry in that 20 minutes (whilst doing the laundry takes 30 minutes) as I explained that on the internet it stands untill 5pm. I found that very unprofessional. It would have been nice if they said that they´re sorry and let me do my laundry because of the inconvenience.

Stopped off to do laundry during our vacay, the ladies working were so sweet and helpful, giving me exact change and operating directions. Couldn't be more pleased with the quick and friendly service.
