I had a few sessions with Kat and I couldn't recommend her more. She makes you feel really comfortable straight away and you can feel she is supporting you all the way through the session. She's helped me to understand way more what's going on with my body and she's giving me really good advices too. Highly recommend it!

I recently had treatment with Kat following a broken foot, Kat was very professional and created a safe space. I had never had cranial sacral treatment before so wasn’t sure what to expect. Kat really understood my body and was able offer a non invasive gentle yet effective treatment. During treatment I felt a lot of energy flowing and focus on my foot, she was able give me advice and guidance with what she interpreted. Kat has a wealth of knowledge and is also really easy to connect with.
