We recently arranged for a flat through VRBO in the Earl’s Court area. When we arrived to check in the flat had experienced a roof leak and flooding overnight and was not inhabitable. APOM responded very quickly to my call, sent someone right over, and found us a delightful alternative in a short time. The new flat in Kensington was larger and nicer than our original choice. We were delighted with the service we received. APOM went above and beyond to resolve the problem. I highly recommend them.

We had a brilliant stay! The staff were both kind and responsive; the flat was lovely and perfect for the two of us. The rental was both small, and spacious- if you follow me - basically adorable, luxurious, safe, well maintained, and conveniently located near a tube line. When we had trouble with the heat, staff was helpful and quick about getting it sorted. I can’t say enough about the flat and the experience. Highly recommend! Thanks, you guys! We miss it already.

I reached out to Air Peace of Mind when I was moving to London. The flat that I was going to sign a lease on wouldn’t start for 3.5 weeks so I wanted to rent a flat in the interim to settle into and leave my 7 suitcases for when I traveled for a few nights. However the place they found me didn’t start exactly when I needed so they suggested I stay in a hotel for 4 nights until it was available. I had spoken with George and I was in touch everyday upon my arrival to confirm start/end dates. While I was confirming when my lease would start he told me he took the flat off of bookings and was keeping it on hold for me for the 23 nights I needed to rent it. However when I went to give him my credit card…I did not hear back for two days and they allowed someone to book during my booking even though they told me it was on “hold” for me. Not only was this a major mistake they didn’t even care how they had forced me to rent a hotel for 4 nights for no reason and that now I would have to spend hours looking for a new place and I would have to move with 7 suitcases and a dog 2-3 more times.I could have booked a place from the beginning and only moved 1 time. Even upon realizing what they had done they wouldn’t cancel the reservation that interrupted mine. They didn’t offer me a discount. They didn’t offer me any free nights. NOTHING! Absolutely horrible customers service. Do not use.

Would never book a property through this company again. Very poor management of their houses as well as their customer care. We ended up paying through the nose for a severely run dow and extremely dirty property in Fulham. I can not stress how bad the experience was from (multiple hour delayed) checkin to checkout. Emily and her team were barely interested. Instead of taking the necessary humble approach, we were met with severe defensiveness and a gift basket! We left the house 12 days later with the same maintenance issues including a raised flooring nail that drew blood and all the same matured dirt build up. This despite our best efforts to clean continuously. They also wanted to charge us for for a linen change half way through but would not provide any for us to do it ourselves. Proclaiming repeatedly that it was industry standard. A complete lie. Note also we were made to travel from abroad with cot sheets as they would not provide them. All this at a huge fee per night. There are some really wonderful booking companies out there, I would suggest looking further afield and avoid this one all costs.EDITED TO ADD - They offered to move us to another property that was multiple thousands of pounds more expensive, so we very obviously declined.

I stayed at a property managed by Air Peace of Mind over the summer. I was most impressed by the friendly team who helped with all my requests.Would highly recommend !!

Just visited London from Spain. I stayed in a beautiful apartment in Notting Hill managed by Air Peace of Mind. One of the best Airbnbs I have ever stayed in, the staff were very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend !!
