Lack of communication skills not really been kept in loop of what is happening with my house been decanted week before Christmas and and having to move back this Thursday before new year with a disabled child its alot of stress also maintenance have broken my new blinds in livingroom and not taking responsibility for this saying they must have been like this i have no access to my house so i dont know if all repairs have been carried out correctly or not im not even aload to be at my house when my thing from the container is getting empty back in to the house fell like everything i was told about what was going to happen about the house getting kept updated hasn't happened

If you property owner. . . They are expensive not proffesional. Charge you for nothing.

My call was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Happy with the outcome

I'm not a tenant but know that recently they tried to charge a tenant£250.00+ for a door ( without fittings) that costs £75.00( with fittings) from Wickes. Trying to use intimidating tactics on tenant's also. Trying to force tenants to pay for fire doors they should have installed years ago

Not very helpful when you have a problem do not get back to you

Not interested in you as a person only your rent account. Will try to dodge repairs that are not gas, electricity or plumbing related.I had to get my local politicians to intervene on multiple occasions.EXAMPLES OF WHAT THEY CAN BE LIKEAt the end of my tenancy I had been waiting2 years to have a crumbling wall in kitchen repaired and approximately 8-9 years for uneven and dangerous flooring to be replaced.Damp and mould NOT CONDENSATION in every bedroom and the bathroom.Child's bedroom window was not wind or water tight for over 7 years reason for this - they couldn't get any replacements parts to make the required improvements.After years of having to use the convector heating and the expense of having it on all night in the winter months to keep my child warm, I employed a glacier to replace the handle, reseal and draught proof the window.Months later I saw some neighbours getting their windows replaced.Clerk of work ripped down part of my ceiling because of a leak and then slapped a torn bit of woodchip wallpaper over the damage and declared it was as good as new and I should be happy with it.These are just a few of the issues I have endured over nearly 20 years as a tenant.Advice - know your rights, question any excuses and double check what you are told.Fintry is an excellent place with good people.Just a shame that if you rent you'll probably have to rent from Abertay Housing Association.

Doing works in fintry side contractors are leaving debris all over the street nails in tyres costing people time and money and don’t give a single hoot about it been ignoring my report of a a nail bursting my motorbike tyre nearly causing me to have a accident for a week and a half now and the street is still littered with debris shocking service

Such a great organisation, deal with repair quite fast even through lockdown….Also had to call out as storm Arwen ripped panels off our carport.. the guy came out that night then on the Monday 2 housing officers came to see and log the report10/10 Abertay Thankyou

If there's a social housing problem not the place for a fair hearing one sided,the housing manager seemed to have made her mind up wasn't really interested in helping went with a friend to support her, had to walk out because of unfair treatment was shocked at this meeting of the officers attitude towards the situation.
