The Male Fertility Clinic - London

I am a little surprised by the positive reviews of this service, and reading them was actually one of the main reasons we picked this clinic. My partner's experience, however, was really negative. He got his results via a PDF with little explanation, and he was expected to interpret them. There was a small paragraph explaining in very blunt terms what it meant. I've tried to speak to someone today with no luck. Also, if you want to understand your results in full you need to book an additional consultation, which just seems like another way to ramp up prices. This company doesn't seem very compassionate or caring to customers. I would suggest people avoid and go to a company who can talk you through results and offer more insight into why things may have come up and how to improve the situation. This company seems mainly profit driven and pretty soulless imo.

I was told by my local hospital that the wait for a test would be 11 to 12 week, so i found TMFC online. I got my report through in a couple of days, very timely and well explained. I can now move forwards with treatment plan. Highly recommend for anyone in a similar situation!

Extremely disrespectful and doesn’t care about patients. My husband had a booking for 9:00am, booked time off from work, went a long way to find out that the clinic was closed. He then managed to speak to someone who said he’d have to come back in the afternoon as the clinic was only opening at 1pm and they had done a mistake with the opening hours for the clinic. They will provide a refund, however the mess it caused cost us too!

The girl who greeted me was very pleasant and professional.Room was small but everything was clean and tidy.

really professional and easy to follow. The results came back quickly although i did have a slight issue seeing them at first but they were quick to respond to my email.

So glad I found these guys, the process was so quick and efficient. I opted for a same day result and the report was sent to me within a few hours which really helped to reduce my anxiety about the whole thing! There were a couple of things I wanted to ask more details about so I booked a consultation, Olivia talked me through everything in so much detail and gave loads of info & advice. I feel really well informed now and to be honest I wish we got this done sooner. Thanks guys.

Brilliant service, quick, easy and so professional! They're very discreet and all questions answered in a compassionate manner especially given how embarrassing it can feel to need semen analysis. Appointment times are also super convenient so you could actually go after work and if your a London commuter from the south west, Woking is on the way home! Thank you for making this type of testing accessible and for raising awareness on male fertility!!

Staff had a lovely and friendly approach that created a nice and relaxing atmosphere! Very good listeners and approachable about any questions we had.Quick results too
