We have a very anxious little dog who is getting braver by the day all thanks to the support of Nicole!We had struggled to get much improvement from our pup on our own but since working with Nicole l feel more confident as an owner and I feel more able to read and understand our dog.Nicole explained all the behaviours in 'human' terms and now I know how our dog is feeling I can advocate for him.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Puppy Tales and Nicole to anyone and will forever be grateful for help we have received.

I took my one year old labradoodle to Canine College by Paws Off. Our trainer Nicole was amazing, she had lots of advice on specific issues he was struggling with. She’s very friendly and hands-on and shows you how to do things instead of just talking the whole time. She specialises in training by positive reinforcement and that’s exactly what we looking for. She told us when to mark good behaviour and gave us lots of cues to help with training.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Highly recommend to any puppy owner - the training basics were clearly explained and practiced and we were amazed at how our puppy responded. Nicole definitely creates some animal magic

I cannot thank the team enough for their support and assistance with my very energetic puppy (german shepherd). The team were at hand guiding us and offering advice whenever we needed it. Also, Hayley's demonstrations with the dogs were great and it gave us great pointers. My dog was happy being in the classes and she was happy try out any exercises even when she wanted to play with other dogs in the classes

Our Vizsla puppy Lola has just completed the puppy school with Nicole. We have learned so much from Nicole, implementing the training has made Lola a much easier pup to manage. Nicole is simply fantastic, she has a wonderful manner with both the puppies and their parents. I cannot recommend Nicole and this training enough. Thanks so much xxx

Absolutely brilliant course with Nicole. Covered so many areas with my dog over 4 session, plus was always available on the phone with any questions I had for training. Have seen a massive improvement in behaviour already and looking forward to continuing to implement the lessons given and seeing the improvements. Would recommend to anybody looking to get their dog behaving a bit more how they'd want them to!

Puppy Classes were absolutely amazing and Hayley was great with all puppies!Our Benji has learnt so many new tricks and behaviours that we wouldn’t have even thought of without Puppy Tales. I would really recommend this class to all with a new pup!Benji will miss seeing Hayley and all his puppy friends.

I would like to thank Nicole Harris from Paws Off for a terrific Level 1 scent training course – the UKSA Stabyhoun loved it! After a tricky year of uncertainty, cancelling and rebooking Nicole helped me organise this Covid safe event for our members and it was well worth the wait!Step by step she took us through the various stages and benefits of working with our dogs to find catnip or cheese, the results were remarkable and so great to watch. We could really see what our breed's noses were capable of! We can't wait to practice at home and will definitely be booking again.Gosia Hazell UKSA Events Committee
