It was probably the worst pedicure of my life. Just awful. And when I told the lady how bad it was she couldn't even understand what I meant! Because to her it looked fine ahahahah. The place itself is quite disgusting too. Very dirty, old and dusty. And it was almost $80. Wow just wow. I'll definitely call my credit card to get my money back.

I had a pedicure done a while ago and the whole service was awful.I booked for a pedicure where it said online I had a scrub as well as a massage included.Long story short, I didn’t get my massage or my scrub and I had to ask about it. My therapist was lovely but clearly over worked and double booked. i was told by another therapist who was training she didn’t have time for a scrub or massage. My appointment was meant to last 50 mins but it was more 30-35mins.There was no mention in my email to bring flip flops and so i assumed it was gel polish they were using. I was wrong it was regular polish which was applied too thick and got all over my socks.My toes hurt after this. Skin was grazed, my natural nail had been filed so thin, they were wonky too. Ive had to wait 2 months for the damage to grow out.I phoned and was given a full refund but don’t waste your time. I would never go back.

I was fortunate enough to get an appointment as a walk-in client for an Indian Head Massage with Kinga. She was phenomenal and melted away the stress and tension away from my neck, shoulders as well as my head with the scalp massage. 10/10 recommend to come for any pampering needs. My only disappointments are that I don't live here to come enjoy massages here on the regular and that I didn't come in days earlier to enjoy more services - sadly I left town the same day. Will definitely be back next time I am in Glasgow.

I had a lovely and extremely relaxing time.Sarah was great and explained everything since this was my first spa visit. I'm also very happy with the feedback on my skin which I found super helpful.I will definitely be back!

I usually never review places unless they're really good or really bad. This one turned out to be the latter. I had booked an appointment (and paid) for a hi brow session, a Brazilian wax and a deluxe facial. I was called 20 minutes before the appointment and told Hi Brow" was not available. I agreed to swap it for another treatment of the same price.When I got there

1st appointment at pure spa, a couple of weeks ago.I went for a facialThe girl who did my appointment was so lovely, But I felt the experience wasn’t as nice as it could have been. The room is in need of an upgrade, there were no blankets only white old looking towels, the room was very light, I could hear a-lot of outside noise, her chair was extremely squeaky, there was a fire alarm right above me that was flashing.I would say overall that the place needs a major upgrade, I would have enjoyed my experience more if the room was nicer.The girl did say sorry for the brightness and squeaky chair.

Such a great experience!I had a much needed pedicure with Kinga and a relaxing massage Courtney. Both ladies were so welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable.Thank you both for a relaxing morning!

I had the most amazing Deluxe facial with Sophie. Everything about it was incredible, she payed so much attention to detail and gave great advice regarding my skin. Can’t wait to come back! ☺️

A truly wonderful experience. Kinga was so knowledgeable and attentive and I will definitely be back to have another treatment from her. She was so professional and you can tell she has such high standards for her work.

Went for an express facial and a massage with a friend and the whole experience was fantastic! The spa was clean and relaxing and the reception staff were lovely and welcoming. The 2 therapists we were allocated were very professional and friendly. Would highly recommend.
