Very poor service, the sales person was serving someone else as I returned with my boarding pass within 2 minutes and her colleague who helped me put through payment was very indifferent and not interested in doing more than just taking the money. I asked for business card and she just replied they don’t give and asked me no need to call for enquiry because they just do first come first get and no reservations. I just couldn’t believe that such a brand has so bad customer service.

The sales associate was very friendly and patient. It took a long time to decide on a gift. She showed me everything I wanted to see and we eventually narrowed it down. Good location not too far from the lounge

An assistant who ignores customers even if they say hello at the entrance. The New Bond Street store in London is very friendly and pleasant to shop in, but the assistant here is the worst! ! She makes a big mistake as if she was the founders of the store. Hermès doesn't need such rude employees so she should be fired! This store doesn’t even deserve one star because of her!!

I stopped in there a few days ago between two flights with no more than 15 minutes to spare for shopping. I was greeted by a lovely and super understanding SA who quickly checked all the items on my list and found me exactly the cashmere triangle I was looking for. Not the usual Hermès shopping experience, but I got the feeling she would have gladly taken more time to show me more. I hope next time I will have more time to shop there with the lovely team.

Assistant with dark brown bob hair extremely rude, and unhelpful. Answering any question seemed a chore. Not the service to expect from this brand.

I visited the Hermes store in Terminal 5 around 11:00 am on October 1st. I was extremely embarrassed to encounter the sales associates (SAs) who were very unprofessional and rude. As a longtime fan of Hermes, spanning generations, I approached them with a question about leather products. However, instead of providing helpful assistance, she patronized me by saying, Of course

Worse Hermes ever, I may not be a VIP customer, but I’ve been purchasing bags from Hermes from other countries and their service is always satisfying. But this is truly the worse experience I ever had, maybe because my outfit was quite causal after a long flight?! The SA was very RUDE and MEAN when I ask if any bag is available! She didn’t even bother to look at me when she talked to me. And I saw her rolling her eyes!

The female SA is a bit cold and unbothered. Was told there's no bags for sale, but I saw someone was buying a picotin 18 when I was on my way to the boarding gate. Disappointed

2 stars for my first visit for this location. The ladies were not nice and shrugged their shoulders when I asked for products. 5 stars for my second visit for Sadoff. She was extremely sweet and knowledgeable. I wish more Hermes employees were like her.
